Her weight has been fluctuating up and down, but she is determined to reign it in and be healthy and in shape. Oprah sought the help of a personal trainer, a Mr. Bog Greene, a fitness ‘Guru’. But this time she is seeking out medical experts also for advice and information that will help her in her quest for control of weight loss. The two she enlisted are Dr. Mehmet Oz, who is a cardiac surgeon, and a Dr. Nicholas V. Perricone who specializes in skin care and dermatology.

With these three men in her corner, they formed a plan of attack that included the Acai Berry and a colon cleanse. She had them on her show in a segment where they all shared their views and opinions about the topic of weight loss, and about the Acai Berry and colon cleanse.

The Acai berry is a powerful little berry from the Amazon jungle. It’s loaded with anti-oxidants, omega -3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids.
